1) How much does it cost to advertise my properties and my agency?

Globespan Property has 2 Advertising Plans:

Advertising Plan 1:
Advertise up to 150 properties for Sale and / or Holiday Lets, Long Term Rental for only 150 Euros Per Year

Advertising Plan 2:
Advertise up to 250 properties for Sale and / or Holiday Lets, Long Term Rental for only 250 Euros Per Year
If you have more than 250 properties please contact us for to discuss a package to suit your agency.

2) How much commission do you charge?

We do NOT charge any commission or additional fees from you or from any potential purchasers.
We guarantee there are no hidden charges, all we charge is the single small yearly fee.
It is company policy that we charge a value for money yearly subscription fee and do not accept commission.
We have purposely kept the price to a minimum in comparison to other property portals offering the same services

3) How long can I advertise my properties for?

Your agency registration is for one year, which you can, of course renew. You cann add, edit and delete properties as often as required.

4) Will my email address be listed?

We do NOT show your email address to the public.
Potential buyers will contact you through the secure form we provide.

5) Will my phone number be listed?

Yes, your Agency name, address and phone number will be listed in our Agents Directory and will also appear alongside each of your individual listings, along with your company logo and a direct link to your own website.

6) Will buyers contact Globespan Property?

No, Buyers will contact you through the secure form we provide.
You will then contact them via the email or telephone number they provide on the form.
Enquiries are emailed direct to you and only you.
Enquiries are also permanently visible online in your control panel.

7) Do I have to enter my properties manually or can I use an XML data feed?

Either manually or via xml:

It is very straightforward to upload your properties manually.

No problem - one can be created for you.

Avoid having to manually input property data, globespanproperty.com allows you to import properties from other websites (those which can generate XML feeds)

We also work with www.XML2U.com whom offer a new service where they will automatically extract property details and photos from an estate agent's web site and present it as a data feed which GlobespanProperty and other portals can use to import and update property data.

It also provides a conversion service for agents whose data file formats are not accepted by the portals on which they wish to advertise.

XML2U.com set up the whole thing for a very reasonable ten pounds a month, updating the data feed every day so that estate agents never have to worry about updating portals manually, saving a lot of time.

Just give GlobespanProperty details of the data feed which XML2U create and sit back whilst we import your feed automatically.

8) How long can my property description be?

Your description is unlimited.
We recommend you to place as many details as possible.

9) How many photos per property?

Up to 10 photographs per property

10) I would like to advertise my overseas properties and agency how do I start?

Register your property, as soon as we receive your registration, we email you a username and password. This is usually within 12 hours. You can then upload your property details and photos.

11) Where do I use my Username and Password?

You log in to your personal Control Panel, which allows you to add and edit your property.
This control panel is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

12) Do I need to install any software?

No, our website provides everything you need.

13) How do I pay my subscription fee?

Once you have filled in the registration form, you will automatically be taken to our payment page.
Click Pay Now to pay securely with your credit or debit card online using Paypal or Royal Bank of Scotlands Worldpay.
You can also pay by Bank Transfer

14) How long before my properties appears on your website?

It is live and appears on our website IMMEDIATELY you upload the details of a property or the details are imported via xml feed.

15) Can I edit my properties once they are uploaded?

You have complete control and can update the photos, pricing and the descriptive information used on your listings at any time and as often as you like.

16) I have my own website, can I link to it?

Yes, a link to your own website will appear next to each of your properties, as well as in our Agents Directory.

17) How long are my properties advertised for?

Your agency registration is for one year, which you can, of course renew. You cann add, edit and delete properties as often as required.

18) Can I see how many people have viewed my properties?

When you log in to your control panel you will also be able to see how many times that your property has shown up in a search.
You can also see how many times it has been viewed directly and how many enquiries you have been sent.

19) Can I see how many leads I have received?

When you log in to your control panel you will also be able to see how many leads and also the details of the lead.


20) I cannot see the country or region where my property is located or my type of property

No problem, we do not add the regions or types of properties our advertisers do.
IMMEDIATELY a new area or region is added when a property is uploaded, it appears live on our website.

21) I have sold one of my properties, Can I remove my this property completely?

Yes, you can delete a property using Delete when you login using your username and password.

22) Can I change my Username and Password to ones I can remember?

Yes, you can change your username and / or password in your personal control panel as often as you like.

23) I have forgotten my Password

Simply click the Forgotten Password link when at the login page and your password will be emailed to you.

24) Can I see your website statistics
