An xml feed means you do not have to upload your properties manually, your properties can be added to our database with no work required from you.
An xml feed facilitates the automated transfer of property information from your website to our servers on a regular and ongoing basis.

How do I upload my properties manually?
1/ Please go to http://www.globespanproperty.com/agents/agent_logon.php
and enter your assigned username and password, then press the submit button.
2/ Now you will come to your agent's menu.
Here you can change your username or password.
You can edit your details such as email, address, telephone numbers or website.
To add a property click "Add property"
To edit or delete a property click "Edit/Delete Property"
"View Reports" allows you to view how many times your individual properties have been viewed and how many enquiries you have received.
3/ Once you have clicked "Add Property" you will be taken to a page where you will enter individual property details.
Here you will be asked to fill in details such as your property reference number, the price, the property type, town, province, country, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms,
whether the property has a pool, the url where this property can be viewed on your own website, a property description, you can also upload up to 5 photographs of the property here.
