GlobespanProperty.com was established and our website launched in 2006.
Having owned and run a highly successful overseas estate agents based in Tenerife, Canary Islands for the past 18 years I recognized a need for a property portal which provided smaller estate agencies, as I myself was, with effective lead generation at a low cost without compromising on the quality of leads.
GlobespanProperty offers great service, simplicity of use for both visitors and agents and one of the key factors is the single fee you pay to list your properties on this site.
We do NOT charge any commission or additional fees from you or from any potential purchasers.
We guarantee there are no hidden charges; all we charge is the single small yearly fee.
It is company policy that we charge a value for money yearly subscription fee and do not accept commission.
We have purposely kept the price to a minimum in comparison to other property portals offering the same services.
Despite our low costs we still offer high quality marketing and advertising for your properties.
We offer a personal touch and attention to detail that many larger portals may be unable to give.
We initially started offering properties for sale but in 2007 due to demand for our already satisfied advertisers we expanded into holiday rentals as well.
The rentals side of the portal has developed and we now offer over 13,000 overseas holiday homes for rental.
In 2008 again due to requests from private owners visiting our portal, we introduced the feature where a private owner with a property for sale or a holiday home to rent could advertise their properties again at a low cost one off fee of 20 Euros.
We firmly believe that the lack of an enormous marketing budget should not prevent the smaller agent, a position we ourselves have been in, from quality lead generation and brand marketing.
